Notice

Notice is hereby given that South Coast Gas Company, Inc., a natural gas public utility distributing natural gas to residential and commercial customers in Lafourche and Terrebonne Parishes, filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission and obtained approval for an amendment to its Interim Operating Revenue Rider to recover the additional amount of $952,673.59, whish shall be recovered from ratepayers at an additional rate of $8.57 per month per customer over 6 months from April-September 2025.

Proceeds from the amendment shall be applied toward liquidation of a short-term debt balance with and required by Capital One Bank in a Modification of Loan Agreement dated November 25, 2024. The rate increase will have the effect of increasing all monthly customer bills by an additional $8.57 per month for six months. The amended additional amount to the Interim Operating Revenue Rider shall terminate upon completion of the six month recovery period.
